Selfie Box Ireland @ Sean Kelly Tour of Waterford

On Sunday the 21st of August 2016 Selfie Box Ireland helped make some local history extra special. The 10th annual Sean Kelly tour of Waterford took place throughout Waterford and ended in the picturesque town of Dungarvan, to help mark this fantastic event Selfie Box Ireland supplied each of the 5,000 cyclists with a complimentary souvenir "Selfie" print-out throughout the day!

The organisers, crew, stewards, family, friends and of course participants made the day a fantastic event which will be one to carry on with them for years to come! The spirits of everyone involved couldn't be dampened by the dreary weather which loomed above, as the rain came down and the wind prevailed so too did the spirits of the cyclists. 

One by one the cyclists from each three courses came in their droves, greeted by food, drink and the proud faces of their loved ones. As the cyclists came Selfie Box Ireland were very proud to welcome all of those involved into our Photo Booth to create their very own Sean Kelly Selfie memoir to mark the 10th anniversary.

The Selfie Box Ireland team were on-hand to upload live Facebook uploads to the Sean Kelly Tour of Waterford Facebook Page, in addition a number of photographers snapped the events of the day.

Participants themselves took, to creating their own montage of photos and videos of the fantastic cycle, one in particular, created by Maurice Kavanagh shows the tour in a real-time view and can be viewed below.

Overall the event was a fantastic anniversary tour and one I think Sean Kelly would be proud of!
