All Hallow’s Eve, Hallowe’en, Guy Fawkes night - whatever you have come to call October 31st there’s one thing this special night has in common Dressing Up. Here at Selfie Box Ireland we simply adore Hallowe’en (primarily because the guests provide their very own props!).

But the question that we are looking to answer is, where and when does Hallowe’en originate from, as it is such a massive part of Irish culture we thought it would be good to understand the fact and fiction behind this superstitious night!
